Shipment processing time
We ship worldwide. All orders are expected to be shipped at the end of June. Processing time is 2-3 business days.
Please note that our shipping timing is calculated with business days, not including weekends and holidays. After your order is shipped you will receive an email confirmation. Should that confirmation have any incorrect information please contact us at support@agiki.co.

Damages
Should your order arrive damaged or broken then please take several photos of the broken item with its container and email them to support@agiki.co for next steps in the refund/return policy.
